sequestra develops and commercializes technologies for the permanent binding of CO\u2082 in industrial residual materials, with the goal of reintroducing these materials as secondary raw materials in the construction sector. The sequestra team is developing technologies on two levels. On the one hand, it is creating the world’s first fully automated analysis technology for assessing CO\u2082 storage potential and optimal parameters in carbonation. Starting in early 2026, this will enable standardized evaluations of a wide range of mineral materials and gradually build the largest empirical database in the field of carbonation. Additionally, the company is developing technologies for industrial-scale carbonation in steelworks, the construction industry, and waste incineration plants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
